Stardew Valley Expanded adds 42 new consumable Food items to the game, all available via cooking, crafting, or by purchasing from various vendors.
Cooking is a vanilla game mechanic that becomes available after receiving/purchasing a Cookout Kit or by upgrading the farmhouse for the first time.
