"Oh my, aren't you a cutie! Welcome to the valley, dear. It's so exciting when someone new moves in! Have you met my son, Victor?"
Olivia is a villager who lives at Jenkins' Residence with her son Victor, just east of the General Store and north of 1 River Road in Pelican Town. She is one of the 7 marriage candidates added by Stardew Valley Expanded.
Olivia wants the best for her son, but she doesn't understand that what he wants and what she thinks is best are not always the same things. Their personalities can be too similar in some ways, and they clash when both of their moods are negative. While they have both traveled the world together, Olivia doesn't quite get why Victor would rather have his nose in a book than experience the world around him. Their taste in mushrooms is also opposite.
Most of the time Olivia spends with other villagers in town is with Jodi and Caroline. Olivia enjoys their idle gossip time and swapping stories of their similar-age children, Sam and Abigail. Olivia also speaks highly of Sophia's wine-crafting ability and Susan's crop quality. However, she looks down her nose at Andy, not understanding his rural lifestyle compared to the cosmopolitan way of life her money and time in Zuzu City have brought her.

The Farmer walks in on Olivia questioning Victor about why he hasn't gotten a job yet. Victor says that he's trying to get one but that there aren't many jobs this far from the city. Olivia asks if he'll move back to Zuzu City, but Victor insists he wants to stay in Stardew Valley. Olivia tells him he needs to try harder, and Victor says he's going to step outside to get some air. Olivia apologizes to the Farmer and admits that she lost her composure. She says Victor is very bright, and she doesn't understand why he hasn't found a job yet. She worries he's gotten too comfortable living at home. She then says she has business to attend to, but that the Farmer is welcome to stay and browse the library.(+25 friendship)

Gossip Gals
Olivia, Jodi, and Caroline are chatting in the town square about parenthood. When the Farmer shows up, they talk about how their farm was on the radio and about how much good the farm is doing for their community. Olivia gossips about how much money Sophia makes at her vineyard and says the Farmer should get into wine-making. Caroline says that Pierre is very happy with the quality produce he gets from the shipments from your farm. They then gossip about how they wish Susan would sell her produce in town instead of shipping it all out of the valley, and how Andy’s produce gets shipped to low-income communities. Caroline mentions that Pierre and Andy had an argument recently because Pierre would only sell Andy’s produce if it was labelled as “Grown at Fairhaven Farm”. Olivia says the conversation has turned sour, and that they will go back to talking about parenthood. They bid the Farmer farewell.(+25 friendship)

Gotoran Lament
The Farmer enters Olivia's house and finds her in the cellar drinking wine and listening to a music recording. She says its by Haruhi Kiyoko, a famous Gotoran violinist. When the war started, radio broadcasts were stopped and now this recording is the only way Olivia can hear her music. She worries about Haruhi's safety and tells the Farmer her parents are immigrants from Gotoro. Like Haruhi, Olivia does not know the fate of her friends and family in the Gotoro Empire. Feeling emotional, she shares a glass of Ring Fruit wine from the Fern Islands with the Farmer. Olivia mentions that Suki, the traveling merchant, sells smuggled Gotoran goods and wonders about the family that must have owned a porcelain dish she purchased from Suki. Olivia and the Farmer continue to drink until Olivia asks to be alone. The dark conversation has left too much on her mind. She thanks the Farmer for visiting and turns her music back on. Alone again, Olivia says to herself "Edward... I miss you."(+50 friendship)

A Full House
Upon entering the saloon, the Farmer finds almost all of the town there, including people not normally there, like the Wizard, Marlon, Haley, and Caroline. Speech bubbles appear over many of their heads as they all talk. Olivia calls the Farmer over and says she's never seen the saloon this packed. She says she'll catch Emily's attention for an order as soon as the busy barkeep can see them. Olivia tells the Farmer that the wine she's drinking is from Sunshine Vineyard, a vintner all the way out in the Fern Islands. She shares that she doesn't like beer and prefers dry red wines instead. She comments that the Farmer must live a demanding life and asks how they do it. In mild shock the Farmer sometimes survives on forage and on-the-go cooking, she offers a home-cooked meal in the future. Emily apologizes for the delay and says she's had her hands full tonight, then asks the Farmer what they'd like to drink. The Farmer is able to choose between five drinks with different comments from Emily for each. Olivia then says that Emily is a wonderful waitress and her own favorite cocktail is the Red Moon. Emily returns with the Farmer's drink and Olivia tells the Farmer she wants to share stories about her family in the Gotoro Empire as the camera fades out.(+50 friendship)

Olivia assumes the Farmer has come in regard to her letter, and apologizes if it caused any concern. She wanted to speak in private. Olivia confesses she has not dated since the death of her husband Edward. She is conflicted about dating the Farmer, feeling like she might be betraying Edward. The Farmer can respond:

Olivia agrees and says Edward would want her to be happy, not to suffer alone. She admits it's time to move forward. Olivia then invite the Farmer to see more of the art she's been painting.

Olivia slowly agrees and suggests they end the relationship before getting too invested. She says there is too much weighing her down to include someone else in her life romantically, and asks the Farmer to leave. Speaking to her after, Olivia gives the Farmer a Wilted Bouquet and tells them to give it to her to end the relationship. |

The Jenkins Home is filled with almost every villager in Pelican Town, including Sandy, the Governor, and Marcello the hot air balloon operator (Exceptions: George, Evelyn, JojaMart Employees, Kids, Kent, Linus, Pam, Wizard, Marlon). Everyone is partying and having a great time. Villagers greet the Farmer with text above their head as the camera changes to different parts of the house during the party. After a wild group dance, Olivia and the Farmer kiss under the party lights.

Aerobics Class
Olivia and the Farmer enter class as Caroline calls for everyone to warmup and stretch. Everyone in class does so, and after stretching Caroline starts the group workout. The class works out together, including the Farmer, until Caroline compliments everyone on their hard work and releases them for individual workouts. Olivia begins teaching the Farmer basic yoga, welcoming them to follow her poses. She asks the player to meditate on something, at which point they can say one of four things. Olivia has a specific response to any choice, followed by a request to hold the thought as they breathe together with intention.
Note: If the player misses this event on the first Tuesday after Part 1, talking to Olivia between 4:10PM and 2:00AM will give dialog calling the Farmer out for missing class. She suggests they try again next week, allowing the event to still happen the following Tuesday.
